2nd Thursday Reading Group

The Second Thursday Book Discussion Group meets once a month, on the second Thursday of each month, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at St. John the Divine Church.

 

We do not have assigned readings, but each person brings an item for discussion. A typical topic would be to bring a nursery rhyme that you remember from your childhood, or a Christmas item – in December – which has meaning for you. Occasionally, we have readings of new books by local authors. There are no fees but we collect a donation for the church in gratitude for the use of the meeting room, which is ideal for us.
